This anti-ligature security towel hook strip is most frequently used in correctional and psychiatric facilities where anti-suicide products are required.  The strip of security hooks has an exposed mounting with six 1/4"-20 1-1/2" Torx screws included.  The four hooks on the strip have pivoting ball joints that release when excessive force is applied.  The hooks are 3" in diameter and project 2.5" from the strip.  The stainless steel security hook strip is 6" by 18".
